Yafa Cafe

This place is truly authentic and very nice. The dine-in area is spacious and inviting, and the service is warm and attentive. We were delighted to receive free soup and dessert, which were both delicious. The food is authentic and delicious. I highly recommend trying the makloubeh; it was a perfect blend of flavours and textures.

We've been here many times. It is one of our favorite restaurants in the city. Very friendly and attentive staff. Our kids love the cheese bread. Favorite food to order is makloubeh ,falafel. Highly recommended.

Very cute, super delicious Arabic food restaurant. I love the colorful decoration of the place. It was small and cozy with about 10 tables. The food serving portion was generous for the price. Lots of options to choose from and the food was served fresh and quick. Between two people we ordered 4 dishes and 2 drinks. All together only costing us 50. It was a lot of food and we couldn't finish it. Definitely recommend.

One of my favourite places in Winnipeg. Just in 3 weeks, I've been here 3x. Not counting since they opened. Pretty much had most of their menu items. Would highly recommend to everyone.Love the atmosphere and decor. Willing to always wait for warm and fresh food.Some of their menu tends to be on the salty side, so if that's not for you just let them know! Definitely order Mhammara (my go to appetizer), and a side order of Bayd manakeesh if only cuz... you always want more bread to Dip into the Mhammara (though all their manakeesh are delicious). Same with a their desserts, I'm partial to their Knafeh and Basbousa. For drinks, the Hibiscus and Lemonade Mint tea? ... It's a Green drink on their menu... it's late and I just wanted to gush about food! And of course their Chai Karak Dallah is perfect with the sweet desserts. For the main... hmm, Koshary abd Sawani Kofta are so good... but.. everything in their menu is bomb. But ya.Enjoy. As for photos... please, after the waiting and my state each time I come here, I just want to dig in. Just visit and take better photos than me. XD

Stopped in for a late lunch. We have driven by a million times and finally stopped in. Cute little place, super attentive waitress, food was 10/10 and price was so reasonable. Will be back.We had the hummus and pita and then a chicken and beef shawarmaThanks for the great meal, and the pita for take home.

Their food was good. They served a complimentary tea. I really liked the kunafa dish.Drinks were refreshing. As people with kids also visit so i recommend to have a separate place for the hookah. So that others dont get bothered.Overall good experience. But the sound of their work was too much. Felt like they had a fight and throwing and breaking dishes. Or might be frustrated bcz of work. Other than that it was okay.

The Arabic coffee with cardamom, künefe, and helva were absolutely delicious! Baklava was not as expected. The fans are strong enough that even as a family with a child, we weren’t bothered by the shisha smoke at all. Such a nice place!
